ULTRA-Cell® LR 99% Plus Efficiency Filters

The Ultra-Cell LR is 99%-Plus Efficiency on 0.3 micrometer particles. It is available in High-Impact Plastic (HIPS) cell side model and in header box-style with metal cell sides. The LR is rated U.L. Class 2 with propriety media and "Embossed Pleat" (E-pleat™) technologies. The LR has a 0.53 w.g. initial resistance (box construction) and is available in 4 sizes. Ultra-Cell LR has standard Dove-tail interlocking gasketing.

ULTRA-Cell® High Efficiency HEPA Filters

The ULTRA-Cell is an aluminum separator style High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter, with efficiencies ranging from 95% to 99.99% on .3 micron. ULTRA-Cell filters are available in multiple constructions for gasket seal, fluid seal, high capacity, and high temperature applications. Frame material options include fire-retardant and non-fire-retardant particleboard, fire-retardant and non-fire-retardant plywood, 304 stainless steel and 16 gauge galvanized steel. The ULTRA-Cell line compliments the Purolator housings.

MICROPAK™ Disposable Module

The Purolator MICROPAK Disposable Module (MPDM) is a ducted supply module designed for cleanroom applications. The MPDM is designed for cleanrooms, laboratories, or any controlled area requiring clean air from Class M 6.5 (100,00) ISO 14644 Level 8 to Class M 1.5 (1) ISO 14644 Level 3.

Purolator provides the MPDM in filter efficiencies ranging from 99.99% on .3 micron particles to 99.9995% on .12 micron. Each MPDM is tested for pressure drop and scan tested for pinhole leaks.

The MPDM is a lightweight, low profile disposable module, constructed out of anodized aluminum on the filter cell side, with a mill finish aluminum plenum back. All modules have a centerboard, and one port (standard) to measure static pressure and adjust the diffusion plate
